About me

I suppose, as it is my blog, you should know a bit about who I am. I have lived in Ceredigion for almost 9 years, originally moving here to study Environmental Biology at Aberystwyth University. Since completing my degree I have gone on to complete a Masters in Environmental Education at Trinity College, Carmarthen and I have worked and volunteered at various things, including organising conferences, Aberystwyth Women's Aid, and the Magic of Life Butterfly House.

I live in the countryside, some 7 miles from Aberystwyth with my husband and two children. My main political interests are local communities, housing, climate change, and the provision of decent local services. I enjoy reading, walking, spending time with my children, and swimming in the spare time I find outside of campaigning, volunteering and housework.
